Upgrade your 2017–2019 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax L5P with the SAMexhaust cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit, engineered to replace the restrictive factory 2.5″ pipe and its airflow-limiting tight bends. The upgraded 3″ diameter design features smooth transitions throughout to significantly improve airflow and unlock greater power potential. Designed in two pieces for straightforward installation, the kit also includes constant-tension T-bolt clamps for reliable, leak-free connections. Additionally, the cold-side pipe incorporates a CNC-machined quick-disconnect fitting—complete with a new O-ring and spring clip—to ensure a secure seal. Unlike many aftermarket alternatives, this pipe retains the factory intake air temperature sensor harness mounting location, maintaining safe and proper wiring as intended by Chevrolet/GMC.

27 in-lbs (3N*M) recommended for all t-bolt and constant tension t-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4N*M). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4N*M).
