The SAMexhaust Hot Side Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit is a direct-fit upgrade for 2008–2010 Ford F250/F350/F450/F550 models with 6.4L Powerstroke engines, replacing restrictive factory plastic piping. Engineered for high-boost, high-heat conditions, it features mandrel-bent aluminum pipes with a polished finish and triple-reinforced silicone boots, significantly enhancing durability and reliability. Unlike the factory one-piece design, SAMexhaust’s two-piece configuration simplifies installation/removal while eliminating airflow-restrictive bends, improving power, lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and optimizing engine response. The kit includes Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps for leak-proof sealing and integrates seamlessly with SAMexhaust’s Performance Intercooler and Cold-Side Pipe Kit. This hot side intercooler pipe will replace the restrictive factory intercooler pipe and will provide added air flow and increased turbo response.
Our charge pipes are constructed of aluminum.

The cold side intercooler pipe:
Cold-side pipe is constructed of mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish.
Cold-side pipe eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power.

To add even more reliability this kit includes constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.
